Scope
Guests may download supported Rednote media without signing in. Sign in and sync the extension for other platforms, batch saves, source quality, and format conversion. VIP adds server-side AI, early access, history sync, and priority processing.
Payments & refunds
SePay/PayPal transactions are only marked successful once the server verifies a valid webhook. Refund requests are handled case-by-case via the Support page.
Acceptable use
Only save content you have the legal right to use, and follow each source platform's own terms.
Service changes
We may disable an adapter (kill switch) for technical or legal reasons without prior notice.
